the journey starts....
it was a trip for for the chem girls in my form...erm...as usual.my tutor being the "studious" one said that she got work to do.typical...that leaves us to 5..excluding another who doesn't stay in the hostel..
8.15 pm..
we left the grounds of the hostel to the bus stop...erm..nobody checked the time before we left so we waited for the bus which was at 8.48pm....(first waiting)
it was drizzling...most of the shops were closed...it took us some walking to reach our first stop...they decided not to go in when it was too expensive ...fine....
and so the journey begins again.....walked back to some place nearer to the station and found another karaoke centre...went in.....this time they dont let "high school" students to stay past midnight....i and another 2 girls were the only ones who past 18..so ..fine....(cant they just tell they're 18???they dont even check our student card!!!)
and so we came out again....
saw another karaoke centre but they wanted the cheap rate so the cheap rate starts at 12 am...apparently this karaoke centre allows students to stay pass midnight provided there is someone who's 20 and above among them....guess who???
hmmm....they dint wanna enter and wanted to wait until 12 so we came out and walked back to the station hoping to find a place to sit...until 12am.......
we were still in time to catch the last bus back and erm..i pop up the question if anyone wants to go back(i was freaking cold and have no intention of hanging out for 3 hours plus out in the cold)
they thought about it.....for quite some time and decided it was a waste to come all the way here..so all decided to stay....(yay!!!ill be freezing to death from now on)
instead of standing there like abandon children not knowing where to go or what to do..i asked if there was a place we could hang out until 12.........saizeriya..a restaurant that opens until 2am!!(hooray!!life saved)
did some walking again..under the drizzles and entered saizeriya...ordered some food...and chat..and chat and chat...(i thought this was not going to end and i was so so bored(cos they were chatting about how childish the guys were in my class) so i excused myself to harashin...a local supermart that opens 24 hours...)just as well..as i need to buy stuff to cook for the weekend...
went back and waited until 12...(2nd waiting)
one slept cause too tired of waiting edi....
12am....manage to get a room thanks to "the 20 year old"...lol..we were allowed to stay until 5am...
the room's slightly larger then m'sia's..
...was really impressed with the english selection of songs they have..not so many as msia but they have songs from way back then until the very latest ..well..it suits my taste and that's enough...lol...they have beyonce's "listen" and even josh groban's "dont give up"....cool huh...was even shocked when i saw jose mari chan's "beautiful girl"!!they dont have that in msia!!!an impressing collection from disney too...lalala...
managed to sing all the japanese songs i so wanted to sing back there in msia's karaoke....lol...they have everything here..well..duh..japan..but serious..they even have totoro's soundtrack!!!lol...
muahaha...i manage to sing emil chou's "朋友”..haha..they have katakana above the kanji...i think i was crapping with the chinese most of the time.but who cares??the japs dont even understand!!!haha
hmmm....about singing with the japs...wat can i say?

haha..that's what i actually did...wasnt bothered about the stares i got..come on la ppl...how can u sing so politely???ure suppose to reeeeaaaaalllllleessseeeee all u got!!!muahahaa...luckily i was standing behind them when i was doing all these..their eyes were mostly on the tv cause they were so impressed with me singing english songs..lol...they were trying to follow the words.....
and so the singing continues..when one drop dead and not long after that...i gave up and went to my dreamland too...(mind u ..i slept at 2.30am the day b4 watching this jap drama..lol...("liar game"..watch it peeps!!its showing now on tv...super interesting drama)..and had to wake up at 6 for the fire drill thingy)...
30 minutes in my dreamland and i was waken up cause its was my turn next...sang 2 more songs..gave up..cos i couldn't stand it any more and went back to sleep...lol...first time in my history i give up singing until the very end...
bus was at 7.15 am....we came out from there at 5am and so the next thing was....yup...to wait again......(3rd waiting)....
waited out in the super crazy cold weather..(it was drizzling )for an hour....outside macdonalds..to wait for it to open at 6....
6am...
had breakfast...and waited...again..(4th waiting) for the bus at 7.15...
i as usual...doze off again with the other one who drop dead back then in the karaoke centre...the other 3 went on chatting the whole time...dunno how they do it but yup...the 3 of them was awake the whole night until now...
and so...my journey ends here..my first karaoke session in japan...(I can see many more coming..lol)i can say it was really fun minus the fact that we wasted so many hours on waiting...great experience though....
really really impressed with the karaoke's english's collection....
but..
sigh...WHERE IS MY 3G GANG WHEN I NEED THEM????
